Examples: a weekly summary of new form submissions sent to one inbox; a daily check of a spreadsheet for rows that need action, with a written list; a first draft of a recurring report from files you name; a daily read of one mailbox folder that files each message under fixed labels. Anything that needs a password typed by us, a payment made by us, or a public post from your accounts is out of scope.
You start with a written intake that answers fixed questions: the process, the tools in use, how often it runs, where its output goes, and who checks it. You grant access to your own accounts yourself. We never ask for passwords, two-factor codes or payment details by email.

Delivery is in writing, by email to the address on your payment, within 10 business days of the completed intake. Business days are Monday to Friday, Central time. Each handoff document is dated.
Pay $1,500 by card through StripeHow the clock runs: you pay through Stripe and receive a Stripe receipt at once. Within one business day, terry@carterenterprise.llc sends you the written intake, a fixed list of questions that takes about 20 minutes to answer. The 10 business days start on the business day after your completed intake arrives. If we cannot deliver by then, we tell you before the deadline and you choose: a new date in writing, or a full refund of the $1,500.
